I had such a wonderful stay at Glow Sapa Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help — they gave me great recommendations for things to do in the area. I also booked the Fansipan hike through the hotel and had the best experience. Afterward, I really enjoyed the relaxing massage and herbal bath offered on-site. My room was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Ms Swon, the owner (sorry for the wrong spelling) is the best. She accommodated all our requests. Our room was squeaky clean & huge for the 3 of us. It has an amazing view of the lake at the balcony. Wifi is strong, breakfast is delish, location is quite uphill but is close to everything with various shortcuts in any direction. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels & other essentials are replaced daily. Hotel has an elevator. We had 5kg of laundry & had the best room massage yet we paid a very cheap price for everything. Ms Swon is always smiling & can speak proper English. I would definitely book again when I revisit Sapa.
