The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants or you can opt to eat it. Our large deluxe double room was well equipped (two bottles of water, tea, coffee). It had a very spacious bathroom and deck chairs on the terrace. We enjoyed a relaxing stay there. The swimming pool areas are nice, towels are provided and can be exchanged easily. Personnel is friendly, well organized and offers professional service. Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was excellent with ample choice of breads, fruits, sweet and salty items (hot buffet and freshly made eggs or pho on the go). The staff was excellent. Beautiful views from bothe the balcony and rooftop bar. The pool was really nice and the food in both the restaurant and bar was good. Old Mui Ne (near Phan Thiet) is entertaining and one can find good seafood and western style restaurants. Basically a place for Vietnamese to enjoy the beach. The beach in Mui Ne is much nicer than Vung Tau and it is better accessible than Vung Tau due to the new expressway. With small children Asteria is certainly a good choice. Foreign adults have nothing to do here and they should go to "old" Mui Ne. Or Nha Trang.Guest review byPaulVietnam - 10.0

Buses from the south are likely to drop you at the beach, and transfer you to town with a free minibus shuttle. I stored my luggage at the bus office and walked to Fairy stream, then caught a later shuttle. This was a good way to do it as I hate tours, and only had one more full day to see the sand dunes. The location is great but the problem is the 3 hour drive...
The location is great but the problem is the 3 hour drive from Dallas across the very winding road across the hills I think the drive from HCM is more straightforward but twice as long but around 3hours 30 Minutes. The Me Bungalow was in a excellent setting and There was plenty to do in surrounding areas Henry the owner organised excursions for us and they were top class . Recommend the Chinese Buddha and dragon fruit farm tour 👍restaurants We’re very good ( and there’s plenty of them ) .
