I LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were amazing, the pool is great and my room was MASSIVE ! I could not believe the size of the room and the big balcony ! The hotel is clean, it’s bright with a great reception area to sit in if necessary. Breakfast was good. Great selection for all tastes including plenty options for western travellers. All the staff were amazing. From the reception team the porters and housekeeping. All so friendly and so very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. I loved it !

Amazing hotel in a nice location, 7 minutes walk from the old quarter. The staff are super kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Trang that went above and beyond to help us change our flight. They also upgraded us to a suite. Very clean, nice breakfast and the room was big and comfortable.

The receptionists were very nice and kind, always helpful and available at our request at all times. The location is great (very near to the Hoi An Ancient Town), they also provide bicycles for free. We really enjoyed the street from room with balcony!! Highly recommended!!

    The Pearl Hoi An is a 8 minute taxi ride away from the Old Town. On Grab this equates to about 80 - 90,000 Vietnamese Dong. The hotel is very large, has a massive poo, a private beach area and plenty of outside areas to seat. The food here is very good and quite a varied menu. The poolside bar is lovely and a full array of drinks and snacks. Our room was a two bed ocean front facing room. The equipment in the room was good, lovely bathrooms with rainfall showers. The beds were extremely comfortable, my wife is extremely fussy over bed comfort and she gave it 10/10. The aircon in te apartment was excellent, one in each bedroom and one in the lounge. The staff are to a man/woman lovely, nothing is too much trouble. When we had a small issue - not hotel or staff related James the manager listened and did what he could to resolve the issue - think German tourists and sun loungers! The communal areas are large and well kept, as are the extensive gardens. The hotel appears to cater mainly to Asian tourists, but it was superb for us westerners as well. The breakfast buffet is enormous and very varied. Prices in the hotel are higher than outside venues, but not stupidly so. My wife used the spa and said it was extremely good. In short this is a well priced hotel/apartment development with a wide range of accommodation types. Good location on the beach.

The spoke good English and the receptionist were very helpful. No communication issues at all. The food was soo good. Lots of choices. Even for vegetarian and vegan. The breakfast and dinner buffet was so yummy. It was almost our highlight of the day. The hotel is huge with lots of space. It’s extremely clean and very well taken care of. Nice decoration during Christmas. The pool and beach were big but it was raining so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. Great playroom for kids with lots of activities and the park right next to it. Rooms were big and clean, bed very comfortable, clean and big.

    It's a really nice resort with everything you might need during your stay. It's large, clean, safe, nice facilities, big swimming pool, nice rest areas, very nice restaurant (and very nice breakfast!). The rooms are clean and very neat. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you are around Hoi An. The staff is excellent and very helpful! There is a beach within around 5 min walk from the resort that seems to be very deserted and not frequently visited by people, but I liked it (again - no one there^^).

    The property was centrally located, 3 kms to the old town and walking distance to Cua Dai beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hung all of them were great, from the receptionist to the porters helping with the luggage. They offered a free bicycle that you can use to go to the old town .The private beach at Cua Dai was amazing with pool and restaurant. I definitely enjoyed my stay there!! ❤️❤️ The buffet breakfast was also good , so many options.

    The Old City was great to see, especially with all the lanterns lit. A Bang beach though a little dirty in parts due to volcanic ash, the water was clean and warm and it wasn’t packed like My Khe Beach. An Bang Beach hotel and streets were very quiet in contrast to the Old City.

    The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

It is well worth a few days visit to wander around the old streets, visit the interesting museums, browse the markets and shops and eat and drink your fill in the excellent cafes and restaurants. Get a made to measure dress or suit rustled up in no time at one of the many tailors in the town. There are plenty of other places to visit a short distance from Hoi An such as Ba Na Hills, the beach and Hue if you want to extend your stay. We stayed at La Charm hotel just outside the centre and enjoyed eating at the nearby Boi Com restaurant which offered quality dishes and cocktails at a good price.

    Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

    What a beautiful pretty pretty place! Loved everything, the markets, the villages, the night time atmosphere, releasing a lantern on the river at night, the bright colours and lights everywhere is very impressive. Best coffee was at Uncle Hunn Bistro, the salted coffee is very artistic with a picture of tree! Loved the Marble Mountains and Monkey Mountain, a definate must see! There are plenty of tailors next door to each other to choose from to get tailor made clothing in just 24 hours!

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
