Breakfast was excellent. Lovely variety and with kid friendly options. Easy to get to where we needed to be in terms of location. Very family friendly. Lots of fun for the kids. Would have been a nice touch to have reception tell us all the wonderful facilities (other than the pool) on offer when we arrived but it was easy to figure it out as we explored. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially the gate security- big shout out to them)

If your visit is business-related, the hotel's location is unbeatable, with its close proximity to the Gallagher Convention Centre. Moreover, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the exhibition center, and the driver was also very accommodating. What impressed us most was the hotel's exceptional safety measures. Situated in an already secure district of Johannesburg, the hotel features a gated area that restricts access from outsiders. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of both the breakfast and dinner services.
