You just have to love everything about this resort! It is absolutely amazing. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The staff was exceptional, helpful in every possible way and extremely friendly. They made us feel at home. The room was always super clean and comfortable. The buffets were amazing. Really lovely food and drinks. The free bus shuttle that departs every hour is so handy! Special thanks to the drivers Jefita and Trymore, always on time to drive us back from town. Also thank you to Trinity the front office manager

The staff were amazing!! Clive and Freedom on the bar were great! The food is delicious and we were so grateful for them organising us a private dinner with complimentary wine for our honeymoon. The honeymoon suite did not disappoint. The venue were happy to organise anything you needed and nothing was too much trouble... even insect repellent was provided!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was scrumptious and always served with a smile. The swimming pool was an absolute luxury and excellent for a cool off after an expedition. The bar had a good menu and a very pleasant barman named David. Booking trips was easy, thanks to the knowledgeable and efficient Elton on the front desk.

Fantastic experience especially Livingstone Island swim to the edge. Expensive activities and entry fees in US dollars for international visitors- be careful not to kill the golden goose. Wages compared with prices do not compute, even for coffees!

Victoria Falls is simply amazing.

Victoria Falls is simply amazing. It's always been on my bucket list and I am so happy that I finally managed to visit. From arrival to departure everything was so seamless and easy. the place is beautiful and safe. The falls, definitely something to experience. Will definitely visit again.

Our events included the Boma drumming and dance dinner.

Our events included the Boma drumming and dance dinner. It represents the traditions of African music an dance. The Food was amazing. The whitewater rafting trip was great for thrillseekers, but it included a very vertical climb up and down that isn't advertised and at 65 I struggled. The Victoria Falls tour was amazing, the path very easy and the view fabulous. The sunset dinner cruise in the Zambezi allowed us once in a lifetime views and the food was great. Wrapping it up with a local lunch and shopping tour was the perfect ending to a wonderful memory making experience.
