The other guests some of them were fighting and drinking all night was quite disturbing.

The front desk staff was awesome,super polite and very friendly.

The back door was not working properly. Anyone can open from outside. Not comfortable at all. The door curtains as not completely covered the door. People can see from outside to inside.

Lack of maintenance and care

Unfortunately the building, furniture and rooms are outdated and need serious repair and maintenance. The room were not clean and fresh and were not serviced during my stay. Staff never checked in if everything was ok or if I needed anything. Other guests were very noisy.

Although the bedding, towels and room were perfectly clean, it was alarmingly shabby, with peeling wallpaper, crumpled sheets and pillowcases and a very stained bathtub, with three spiders in it. There was a hole in the shower head, which sent most of the water jetting off to one side. When I arrived, the room was stiflingly hot and I had to call for help to reduce the temperature — the thermostat was unmarked and impossible to figure out how to adjust. The outlets were very loose and when I tried to plug in my electronics, most of them just fell out again.

The whole room was mouldy everywhere around the tubs on the walls around windows

There was a pool and it was in a good location. Staff was ok too. The front desk lady was hard to talk to with the language barrier but my remote wasn’t working and the man came to help really quickly and got it figured out for me

The bathtub was filthy, I was there three nights not once did they give me fresh towels. The property is rundown. The bed was hard there was no screen on the window

A/C was loud and didn't cool the room, it was also missing a knob so had to move knob back and forth between two switches to adjust. Digital unit might be the way to go- this didn't have a thermostat you could set.

Front desk staff was polite and friendly. The room? Ok for the price.

The bed was on the floor( no box spring) No plug for the tub.graffiti on the door frame in bathroom. No coffee just decaf 😝 Nowhere to hang up our clothes other than in the bathroom on the shower bar . the pool was half full and had a green hue.

I did not have wifi in my room the entire stay. 24 nights, told the front desk staff about 20 times, nothing was done about it. Bathtub was dirty, water wouldn't stop dripping, and would take forever to drain, had to take a shower with my feet submerged in dirty water, disgusting. Bathroom light wouldn't turn on more than half the time. Bugs on the inside of the window, behind the curtain. Cannot turn on more than a couple things in the room at the same time or we would lose the power.

The smell of mould permeated the room. Even opening the patio (?) door didn't help. There is no bed frame. There is a mattress on box spring with a headboard attached to the wall. No one was at reception when checking in or checking out. You need to call a local number to get service and it turns out there are just in a back room. A little bell would be better. Great to have a TV in the room but limited channel selection with shows to actually watch if you want to watch tv. I'd recommend bringing a book or audio book instead. Patio door does not have a good lock on it. There is a piece of wood jammed in to keep the door from opening.

It appears that they do try to keep the rooms tidy. Bed was made, fresh towels, soap, shampoo and body lotion are provided. An adequate number of towels are provided in the room. The flooring was recently redone and helps with the overall look. Mini fridge is standard. The view from the room was pretty good!

The plumbing is old and very poor. There was only decaf coffee in the rooms. The pool was dirty and poorly maintained.

It had great view and a surprising outdoor space with lots of seating. The rooms were clean and for an older place that is under renovation it was ok.
