The internet connected sometimes only and was weak. The heating unit was very loud and we couldn't work out how to turn it off during the night.

We particularly like the room on the ground floor so we where able to go outside. The kitchen amenities where great and the bedside lights where wonderful to read by. The pool and spa was a lovely bonus.

We don’t like the way they treated the existing customer. After we checked out later we went back up for the water but the two men in the front desk directed us to get the water in the 1st floor.

We like the view that close to the Icefield.

We enjoyed the small suite. It was very comfortable. The Legend restaurant was very good. Although we paid extra for the Lake Louise shuttle service, we felt it was worth while. It felt like the town was just getting ready for the summer season and we were able to enjoy all the sights without having to queue.

The bunk bed design is not good. My son hit his head when he was sitting down on the lower bunk and leaned back after unpacking his suitcase. We had to ice it through the night. We are very concussion aware so it was disconcerting. Also it would it is pretty low for when they wake up too, can hit their heads. So I reminded him a lot to be very careful. Top bunk too, part of it is under a bulkhead. So I told my daughter to be very careful too. So this was stressful. If not for that, the place is nice.

Place was nice, great pool and hot tubs space, beautiful location. interiors are modern and clean.

I wish I’d found this hotel earlier and stayed longer. Loved the location just a few minutes drive from Lake Louise, our bed was comfortable and we loved the indoor pool and hot tubs.

The price is all-inclusive for many services including the pool and hot tub. There is no option to opt-out of these extra services, making it costly for guests who don't want to use these services.

Amazing location and very good services. The campus includes restaurants, a nice cafe, and an outdoor gazebo where they have live music in the evenings with campfires.

Room temperature. Our room was too cold for us. It was 16°C, which might be okay for some people. However, we had spent the whole day outside, including in the rain, and we were looking forward to staying in a warm room. Additionally, the hot tub only operated until 9:45, so it was too late for us to use it. Despite this, I would like to express my appreciation for the manager's cooperation in helping us resolve the temperature issue. Food. Food was very simple and in my opinion overpriced. So I can not recommend going to the restaurant.

The facilities were great. We went to the swimming pool and hot tub, and it was very nice. It's cool that you always fill up your water bottle. We stayed in the main building, so it was also very comfortable to see these facilities, including the restaurant and coffee place.

We didn't need the 2 beds in the room. I slept near the window & it was very squishy getting in and out of that side of the bed.

Loved the location, the Australian toilets and the facilities provided.

There is strange smells like dead mouse under the bed. It was already late after the kids swimming and get ready for bed, so I won’t be bother them to change the room while the kids are asleep. I feel it’s only small portion on my bed side while the kids bed is not smells.

My kids love the pool. Other than that room is very standard .

Being located above the laundry was noisy at times.
