Positive section of review
Available valet parking, quiet location, comfortable and clean and a very large room. The view was lovely from the 12th floor. Breakfast was on the 16th level by the pool. I am critical about showers, I like lots of pressure, it was adequate. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. I would do it again. Photos were exactly 💯

The showerhead was leaking badly so I had to bathe in the tub. Slippers and hand towels were not provided I need to ask for them. And then again asked for the towels again the 2nd and 3rd day. On the fourth and final day the staff informed me that breakfast was not included. The room had a fridge but did not have a freezer compartment and was not very cold. Temperatures were 44°c for the stay. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, large and spacious, the staff were very friendly. Especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, we ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good and great value for money. An added bonus was Fado an lrish pub in the hotel great Happy hours. Overall this is a cracking hotel and great value for money.

3 night clubs in basement made the room Vibrate and noise bothered our sleep

Seems like a place sailor hotel looking for casual dates and not recommendable for families. We could also sense the smoking within the hotel 4th floor and shisha bar, this was uncomfortable.
