My husband joined me on this final night of my total five night stay. I had surgery and was discharged, staying in the Studio M hotel until my flight back to the US could be arranged. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all my special needs and requests. Overall the comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, transportation assistance, room service, free Internet and location were very good!

While the team cleaning and refreshing the room were excellent, there were restrictions on the towels. Only one large towel and one small towel per registered person was supplied. A bath mat had to be requested. The day my husband arrived, the team did not have towels available at the time of cleaning the room. I had to call for towels and when brought we had to prove we had no towels - a bit odd. The Internet supported video conferencing but did not support FaceTime or Skype video telephone calls. The room was a bit small.

Cleanliness, Decent amenities such as gym, very polite staff and shuttle driver (Bilal was great under pressure). Breakfast was excellent!

People were noisy in the corridor in the middle of the night. The door was not insulated from noise. That disturbed my sleep. Only one shuttle going to and from the airport at night. Added to that was heavy traffic from blocked roads. The detours made the shuttle take longer. Two shirtless would have reduced waiting time into half.

swimming pool is not working and not mentioned online. I have booked for another week to stay with family but I was informed that kitchen is without utensils (should I bring them with me? :-) )now I have to think out what to do or look for another booking which is disappointing.

Mentioned facilities while booking was missing: Balcony-no, Terrace-no, Socket near the bed (for European plug???), Soundproof (there was disco party on above floor)-no, Ironing facilities (iron table without iron)-no, Coffee machine-no, Tea/Coffee maker-no, Iron-no, Kitchenware (kitchen locked and if you changed you policy you have to inform on that), Minibar-no, Carpeted-no, Electric kettle-provided when we asked, Drying rack for clothing-no. I dont think it was Studio Apartment King I booked P.S. COCKROACH at least I met two of them RIP. Seems I could ask for some refund for disinformation but there was no time to think and check all that. Now I'm checking and writing reviews for all stays with fresh brain.
