The room was comfortable, spacious and fairly quiet. Communication in relation to checking in was helpful.

Not as clean as it should be. We found a few dead moths, bugs. I guess I expected more as it wasn't that cheap. We received a discount so I would've been really disappointed had I have paid the full price. The place was quite far away from the city centre.

Cochroaches but is an older apartment, bed uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing. Toilet seat was replaced immediately upon request

Door lock was hanging off food was very ordinary and old banger was still in the wall but gutter so highway noise all night thru the room
