It's quite impressive how much can be fit into such a charming, compact space! Everything is brilliantly organized and incredibly cozy, better than in the photos. There were even hangers, bathrobes, cleaning supplies, and all the essentials you'd expect in a full-sized apartment. The toilet is great, parking is hassle-free, and the mosquito net is a lifesaver – thank you for that! The hosts have big fluffy chickens and adorable piglets. Plus, there's a restaurant just a two-minute drive away with excellent coffee and breakfast.

Spacious and comfortable. It was nice having a fridge and kitchen space to use. Beds were great. Lovely being walking distance to the canals and many cafes and restaurants. The host left lots of lovely information and books about Amsterdam.

Door was slightly difficult to use (took practice). Curtains somewhat hard to open and close, as heavy. Very minor things that did not impact how we felt about our stay.

Central location with easy access to transport and amenities, cafe on ground floor. Room was ok, overlooking a busy street, but not noisy. Handy to be able to leave luggage for a late checkout.

Third floor room accessed by a narrow staircase, but to be expected in an old building. 50 euro returnable deposit for the tv remote was unexpected.

The dark haired woman who worked the night we arrived was the only good thing about this hotel. She was very helpful and informative.

The room was miserably hot. We talked to them about it. They showed us another two hot rooms. The hallways and outside were cooler than the rooms. We stayed in multiple hotels throughout this trip, and this was the only unbearable one.

Very quirky layout - narrow property with stairs and a lift but steep stairs from hallway door of room. Amsterdam accommodation is very expensive so, although this was the most expensive accommodation in four ountries and probably the least glamorous, it was good value.
