The room was lovely, very well decorated and the hotel provides a couple of complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice surprise. The double room was large enough for me, not a ton of storage but wasn’t an issue. You also get a free glass of champagne at check-in if you want it :) I liked the breakfast, lots of typical options like eggs, potatoes, toast, oatmeal, fruits etc. Location is really fun if you like to be near a park, it’s literally inside of Westerpark so super convenient.

Depending of what side of the hotel your room is on you might hear some outside noise in the evening, but it didn’t last very long.

Location was convenient, very close to Centraal Station. The common areas were very cute and cozy, especially the garden. Really good breakfast was available for purchase at decent prices, and coffee and tea were free. The bedding was cute - cute patterns, and felt clean. Staff were super friendly, and there were nightly events which created a nice community atmosphere. I enjoyed the hostel cat, Suzy, as well!

To be expected - the toilets could get a bit dirty and smelly by the end of the day. But they were always cleaned daily. Wish there was soap in the bathroom dispensers as well.

Great houseboat experience. Space wasn't large, but wasn't too small either. Less than a 2min walk to the supermarket and probably 12min to Centraal Station. Host met us upon check in and gave us a quick tour then left us alone the remainder of the time. Had a blast watching the tour boats float by.

Super comfy bed, huge room, and a view of the Amstel River. What’s not to like? Love! Breakfast, included, was superb, and included gluten free bagels on request. Canal cruise and many bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as Waterloo Metro Station.

From the shoebox sized rooms with not an inch of space for suitcases or getting into bed, to the leaky shower cubicles that left puddles of water in the dry areas of the bathrooms, this hotel was overwhelmingly unpleasant. While the staff made some efforts to help, they were somewhat halfhearted. The most frustrating experience was attempting to use the self service laundry they have in their basement. After paying 11 euros, I spent more than 4 hours doing laundry only to end up with a bag full of damp clothes that I had to take to a separate laundromat in the city since the dryer was not functioning at all. Equally frustrating was the turnover service. The first day, we stayed there, we had a perfectly made bed and fresh towels, as well as a clean room when we returned. On our second day, there were signs of a staff member having entered our room -- fresh towels -- but they were IN the sink instead of on a rack. It was bewildering, to say the least. I get that it's a budget property but it is still far from cheap, and the amount of corners they are cutting really diminishes the experience.

Location it was 12 mins walk to bus station to get to the city center and attractions trip took 30 min Which is difficult But over all comparing to price and clean and space its ok for me I wish if the hote provided one gulf car every 20 mins going and back from the bua station it will be great

We booked 3 rooms. However when we arrived the hotel made up a story that the system some how made a mistake and let us book 3 even though only 2 were available. Complete crap. The night manager was also completely rude
