The breakfast could be extended a bit, even though it was already good!

Great staff and breakfast. Room was cleaned every day and we were provided with anti-mosquito incense every evening. The pool was cleaned whenever we asked, which was sometimes required for the bugs flying in. The view from the room was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this accommodation.

Location was a bit far from center of Ubud (16 kms uphill). A lot of dead ants in the bathroom and our snacks were completely ruined by the ants. A few more meals option for veggies could have been nice.

Staff was very polite and attentive. Just 2 options for vegetarians but the provided food was great. The hotel lights up like a Christmas tree in the night. Beds, pillows, private pool, Jacuzzi and all the facilities were very nice.

Grossly miscalculated the distance between the ubud center. Also the geckos are basically a 5am wake up call!

Abit far out from everything, couple of bugs about the room but other than that it’s hard to knock. Was very happy.

Absolutely fantastic, great rooms spacious rooms, great scenery, staff were excellent and great prices to stay here. Yummy breakfast which was included! When next in Bali will definitely return here.

The only "bad" thing is that the property is really far from Ubud - like 35 minutes with motorbike so if you don't drive motorbike you will have to call taxi. Also, the pool wasn't very clean.

Property was very romantic, ideal for couples, far away from everything in the middle of jungle surrounded by rice fields, clean and staff was amazing.

Ants in the outdoor bathroom they were all over toilet and walls but we just washed them.doqn before use and was still a great stay

The stay was for my husbands birthday and our anniversary. Staff made us very welcome and even brought a cake to our villa and the staff sang happy birthday. Beautiful spot if you want to be secluded as not close to the hustle and bustle

The location is far from Ubud centre,it takes nearly one hour to go to ubud. But the villas are good, calm quiet and the staff was extremely good. Wonderful service and this is my stay in next visit to Ubud.

our hot water system didn't like me running a bath. But we eventually got it sorted.

Loved our time here at Barong Bali resort. I was able to relax, slow down, swim in our own pool, explore the surroundings on scooter, meals at the resort were delish, loved starting the day with a good breakfast, staff were so polite and even when sometimes english was a barrier, there was always a way around. I would return here in future. Also what a bonus the Barong dancers were and lovely to speak to as well learning about their customs and training in this cultural dance.

Picturesque place among rice terraces, beautiful view of mountains, own private pool on the 3d floor with the view is fantastic. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

Mosquitos were a tad annoying. The air-conditioning was having trouble keeping the room cool

Staff were wonderful, couldn't of asked for a better location and loved my experience there. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet but close to towns
