The rooms are huge, split in smaller compartments by some wooden panels, but it was quite loud at time when people would come and go. I recommend ear plugs.

The place was really clean, beds were comfortable, the location was great.

Maybe because of the number of tourists are many so sometimes it will be not so perfectly clean in the toilet and bathroom area but that's fine for me because the merits just outweigh any unpleasant things.

Perfect design for a dorm hostel. I experienced first modern dormitory hostel in Singapore in 2016 and until now I think White hostel is an unforgettable experience for anyone who wants a perfect designed dormitory hostel. Simple yet convenient by all means

For me i didn’t liked that the blanket was not fully covered with the sheet. It made me feel a little uncomfortable, because during the night the sheet moved and it can be a little disgusting to sleep with the rare blanket, that many other used before. Also i think it would have been nice, if the cleaning stuff would control sometimes in the morning, because i often could not find paper towels anymore, or even the seat cleaner for the toilet was often empty. Personally i also found it sometime very depressing in the sleeping room because there was no widow where light could have come into. But this point is very personal and nothing i would expect (it is just a personal thing that i really appreciate sunlight).

the location was excellent and i really liked the design of the hostel, because everything looked very clean and modern. Also the kitchen was very clean and i liked it that you provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash aswell as an hair dryer.

Unfortunately the property wasn’t clean enough to make it a comfortable stay. The white comforters were very stained on my bed and my partner’s, with hairs from other guests on them. The floors, walls, and bathroom doors looked in need of a clean the entire time we stayed. Additionally, it would benefit to put some hooks on the shower rooms to hang clothes/towels.

All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the action and train station. Seems like a newer property with nice fixtures. Curtains made the sleeping cubbies very dark.

1.Super beautiful hostel, but they don't take really care of it. Many areas were dusty, the bathroom floor seemed to be vacuumed, but not wiped. 2.The bed sheets: one thin layer for the mattress, okay, then you lay down, one thin layer on you and then the real duvet - so disgusting. I did not use the duvet. I could smell other peoples scent. In a hostel totally inappropriate as it has no real cover. 3. Too many passwords to use: entrance at night (ok), elevator (annoying), every time I went to the girls room (so annoying) - one before entering womens area would have been good enough

The biggest problem is the room door lock, it makes a very loud noise when you unlock it (doesnt matter how gentle you try to be)

Staff were very nice at the entrance, special thanks to Shu. Everything was clean and new, with a simple aesthetic. The bed and pillow were comfy for me and the black blinds block out the light pretty well. Showers and bathrooms were nice, proper doors and decent size, I never had to wait except a bit for the sinks at ~8am which is normal. Slippers provided! Location was perfect and building felt very safe with many locks/passcodes to access the rooms.

The only problem was the door to the female rooms. There were 2 doors for the large room. Even if the bed is not near the door, there is a closing noise of the door. Because the wall where the heads go is thin. I hope they can find a solution to the door closing noise.

Convenient location. Short distance from a metro station. Quite near Shinsaibashi and many many shops, restaurants, and bars. Staff was helpful. Quite big common area with various table and seating. There is an additional table on the Female floor right by the laundry area.

The shower's water pressure was a kinda weak when a lot of people using it at the same time. The Wi-Fi is a little bit slow, probably due to a lot of users at the same time, but still good enough to play online games.

Location is really near Shinsaibashi station (Osaka Metro), and just a few minute walk to the main alley of Shinsaibashi - Dotonbori - Namba shopping district. The bed was comfy, clean and pleasant. Smoking area is available on each floor. The lounge and the kitchen is spacious and free to use. Convinience stores are also nearby.
