Super friendly staff, nice rooms and lovely style! Easy to get around old town! Metro & tram nearby. Also walking distance if you like walking! Good recommendations for food and activities! Would highly recommend!

The location is in the area where looks not so nice, it is very close to the subway station for anybody want to do a day trip is convenient. You can also walk to the downtown around 15 minutes. However the street to walk through is also not nice.

The staff are super nice and friendly. There is coffee machine in the room which we enjoy to start a day with good coffee.

The road it was on did appear to have a fair few homeless/dodgy people hanging around.

- Because of the theme of the hotel, the room and bathroom are kinda dark. For girls, it makes it difficult to do your make-up in the morning. I always used the flashlight of my phone - The bathroom is really beautiful, but doesn't provide a lot of storage to keep your toiletries. Maybe a tip for the hotel could be to add some shelfs to the wall. The shower was also leaking and splashing a lot on the bathroom floor

- Staff is really friendly and helped with everything! They were so lovely - Breakfast is really worth it! Every morning, a basket is delivered to your door. You can choose when the basket is delivered (between 8 and 11 o'clock). They also try to deliver something different. You receive quite a lot, we couldn't eat everything and were full that we saved money on buying lunch 🤭 - The hotel and room has a really beautiful concept. The bed and pillows were really comfortable!!! Normally, the first night in a hotel is a night where you don't sleep that well, but in this hotel it wasn't the case! We slept really deep and good - The room offers a kitchen where you can cook your own food and it also provides plates, glasses and cutlery. A tip for the hotel could be to add a sponge and soap to clean the dishes. We cleaned the dishes with our hands and shower gel 😅 - Some days, they offer an open air cinema with a movie. It was really cool! - The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a 3 minutes walk from a metro station and close to the shopping streets as well! You couldn't hear any noise from the neigbourhood as well at night

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, very helpful! Location is perfect, everything you want to see or do is in walking distance. Everything was clean as expected, the jacuzzi is a very nice bonus!

Bathroom needs (more) shelves and/or hangers, which is a recurring observation from others. In the salad there were some rotten leaves beside the fresh and tasty ones.

The extravagant 18+ enterior was a bit odd first, but we got used to it, and loved it at the end. The bar was hilarious. Jacuzzi in the inner yard with the big duck lamps! Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. We got more vegetables (salad, tomato, once a nice reap avocado) when we asked for. Daily room cleaning! Very friendly and helpful staff, everybody was kind and polite.

From the moment of check in to check out, the experience was flawless. Kind and polite reception desk staff throughout the stay, breakfast was lovely in a little hamper, further on my birthday I was delivered a delicious cake to my hotel room by one of the hotel team. To top it all off we were able to leave luggage at the hotel on the last day and were given ‘goodbye cookies’ - such a kind gesture

Area was a bit grungy/dirty with significant trash piles. Like any city, Lisbon is a bit unkept but this area was a bit worse than average.

Very nice, comfortable and interesting decor. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Clean and relatively quiet. Short walk to metro line.
