It can be noisy at night from the street below. Other than liquid soap (strongly scented) no toiletries are provided. The shower door is not sealed and leaks.

Very spacious for two people which made our stay very comfortable. Great location close to many attractions. It was nice to be able to use a code and not have to deal with a key. Responsive staff. Clean.

Very big, beautiful and clean, high quality apartment. There are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Big livingroom with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location. There is near underground ,paid parking.

Host did not send the code detail in advance. I had to call to host, cleaning service came down and opened the door and gave us the code. Everything after that was all good.

This is excellent location, very walkable from the train station with luggage. House has 3 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms which is very convenient. Porto is very walkable city and you can go everywhere easily as the location is in the center.

The entrance could be hard to find, so make sure you know where it is (beside a shop called Trends).

right beside the metro, short walk down the hill to the Riberua area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Try the Pestana hotel just up the road.

The property is in an excellent location in the centre of Porto. It was a great sized apartment and very clean. The facilities were great. We would look to book here again when we return to Porto in the future.

Check in was v problematic. We arrived about 7.30pm in January, so it was dark and cold- we were supposed to have been sent a code to enter the building. We had not received this, so needed to wait outside in the cold until another guest came out so we could get access through the open door. Once we were in the lobby, no one was onsite and we needed to call to find out how to access our room. Fortunately we had purchased a Portuguese SIM so had data to make this call, otherwise not sure how we would have contacted anyone. Once we were in our room, the wifi didnt work. After calling the number, we were asked to try different psswords which didnt work. Then we were asked to find the modem to see if it needed to be re-set. After whatsapp conversation and trying multiple options, we discovered the password in the compendium was incorrect (just a matter of a capital letter - small but significant detail) Not a great start but the place itself was very nice. Not having anyone onsite is a problem if your systems don't run smoothly. It would also be helpful to provide a wifi password prior to arrival in case there are any issues on arrival and contact is required

Having some shelves and hooks in the bathroom would make the apartment perfect.

The apartment was great. Very close to many things we wanted to see. Everything worked. We were able to get in to leave our luggage while the very pleasant cleaning ladies finished. There was no manager on site but he was always reachable by phone and arranged for our shuttle to the airport. The elevator made it very easy for a senior couple.

It’s not so much about the property, but the owner did not respond to my message on booking.com regarding the codes to enter the main door and apartment. It was fortunate that the driver helped to contact the owner via phone for the codes when he dropped us off at the apartment.

Clean and modern-looking, and has a beautiful view from the first-floor balcony as well as the rooftop balcony.

The location was perfect. The accommodations were clean and modern. Elevator access. It had a washing machine, which was very helpful.
