For the price there’s nothing to complain about, we were really happy with our stay and actually extended twice!

Staff are great! Really beautiful tropical stay, with hammocks and a little tree top perch to hang out on! Really happy with the views and beautiful easy scenic drive into town, a nice natural jungle escape! Great value for money!! Such an experience

The private rooms were really small and the shower was not very hot. It is a little far from the center but it’s ok if you rent a motorcycle. Also the walls were really thin.

The single room I started in. Noisy, you can hear your neighbor's breath and even feel him turning in bed. Also it's super tiny. Get a bungalow!

The little bungalow was super nice. I can't stress this enough: get a bungalow! Is just a little more than the single rooms and those are pretty horrible

In the communal space there isn't really anything to do except for smoking the weed they sell and many of the other guests did so which made it kind of a pothead vibe. Don't know if that's the usual or if it was just this occasion.

The rooms were amazing and there's a great communal hangout place. There is free water and coffee. The owner is a very relaxed guy and the overall vibe felt exactly like a chilling on a hill.

Walk from town centre to property is uphill and challenging with heavy backpacks (we do note lots of other properties are also in this area though). Quite noisy, able to hear people clearly when inside room. Lamps would have been good.

Lovely area to relax in with hammocks and a great view at the front of the guesthouse. Room was spacious. Plenty of parking for bikes/scooters. Drinking water and coffee available for free. Staff were friendly. Good fans in room.

Hard beds. It's close to the road at a hill so the scooters and cars that drive by are quite loud and also there is a rooster right next door that is insanely loud. But you get used to that sound if you stay for a while.

Extremly friendly owner who unfortunately speaks only limited English. Very nice chilling area and good spot for sunsets. Free drinking water and coffee/tea. The bungalows have a small terrace too. I liked beeing a way from the party in walking street. It's about a 20 minute walk or a 5 min scooter ride. If you want to have your room cleaned during your stay you've got to ask for it.

The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear A LOT. the floor inside the room was undone, they put something loose on top, although it didn’t really bother me a lot as everything else was really fine🌞

The only thing is it's a bit of a walk to the main street but the walk is lovely and your safe as a house in the dark so it's no issue just a point !!

This place is class ! Also had a great sleep once your used to the roosters !! Staff were lovely. Always welcomed with a smile.

The staff doesn't know anything or speak proper English. The kitchen with meals and breakfast is never open, so you can forget about that. The room and bathroom isn't very clean. The shower doesn't have very warm water. There is no a/c, although there is a fan. Also the staff didn't know anything about the tours or scooter rent they advertise with. It's a 15 minute walk to the Pai centre, which is ok, but no transfer is provided when arriving or departing. The wifi is also not that good. But again, it's cheap as well.

Given the price, it is a fine guesthouse. There is a nice chilling space outside with a good view over the valley. There is free water refill and boiled water for tea and instant coffee. The bed is pretty comfortable.

The larger hits share a wall with another property that owns a rooster, so it’ll occasionally wake you up early in the morning.

One night, one guest was playing guitar in the common areas till 1 a.m so we had to ask him to stop.

There are many noises from outside (including the adjacent rooms). I was alone and didn’t mind too much but maybe it’s not the best option if you need some privacy.

The room is fairly big and the bed was comfortable. As other reviews say it’s true that there’s easy access to mosquitos but there’s a mosquito net that you can put around the bed so they don’t disturb you at night. It’s around 20-min walk from the center but the landscape is super nice and the area is quiet which I liked. The owner is very kind and you can use the kitchen and put your stuff in a common fridge outside.

Rooms are basic but very clean. The guesthouse is in very good position and has a lovely outside sitting space.. The owner is very kind and great at giving suggestions about things to see and do.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, 15 mins walk from city center, a bit if uphill but walk is beautiful as well. I liked the vibes, I would go back, but it's not the easiest place to socialize, more to chill.
