Smoking area at the main pool bar was not cleaned regularly (dirty ashtrays and empty beverage bottles and glasses)

Best value for money massages out of all the hotels we visited (note that you cannot book the massage to your room). Large bar fridge in the room. Aircon worked very well. Great breakfast. Restaurant reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. Clean swimming pools.

When we checked in we were told we had a free room upgrade but our room had the most awful smell coming from a drain in the bathroom. Smelt like sewage it was awful & got worse by the day. The cleaners were trying to cover the drain with cloth or a towel. It was horrific Cocktail were also not good at all

Chose here is it was listed to have 4 bars, 2 restaurants, 4 pools & daily activities. Which is correct but it failed to state that only 1 restaurants was open is the dates we stayed it was low season, activities were speed between this hotel & the one next door that was full of kids. We specifically choose Sunprime as its adult only. Hard to get served at the pool bars. One end of the hotel was very clean, super quiet & relaxing. Then the far end closer to the beach was extremely busy music playing all day more of partying style. Conventionally a little shop onsite but paying hotel prices. Room service was fast, food was hot & tasty. Good menu to choose from. Lots of variety to choose from at breakfast. Reception staff were great they helps us book some trips & shows

Sunprime Resort was just the full resort experience we were after. It is a big resort and yet it felt peaceful and respectful of everyone. The breakfast was an amazing buffet with so much choice of fresh foods and 2 locations- one ocean side and one pool side. The staff were lovely! The gardens are lush and beautiful. The location is close to so much of what Phuket has to offer, yet it is peaceful. The beach is beautiful and has good vibes. Highly recommend.

Sunprime pools very warm in April and not that refreshing, thankfully Andaman Sea outside the front for a frolic and cool off. Aircon is a must otherwise as if the heat don't kill you, the humidity. Internet connectivity the best it's ever been.

Loaction location and location. Comfortable room poolside with short walk to kitchen by the sea with magnificent view and great way to start and end the day. Short walk to Kamala village and to the boardwalk for all your evening dining under the palm trees with an ocean breeze. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to fault here

Great location with well kept gardens and attractive buildings overlooking the two pool areas. Gym and fitness areas clean and with a range of equipment in good condition. Both the pool and ocean view restaurants were used for meals throughout the day, with a wide range of food for the buffet breakfasts. Pools were spacious, swim up bars were run by friendly and attentive staff. Everyone really welcoming from reception thru porters and cleaning. Recommend the massage team next to the pool - great value and very good, wish we tried them earlier on the stay! Would definitely recommend this venue. Arranged a taxi for us to airport, great driver and clean car, he stopped along the way so we could take scenic photos - perfect end to the stay.

There was a strange, damp smell in our bathroom. We probably should have asked the hotel to check it out, but didn't.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, staff were super friendly and accommodating and the pools were crystal clear and not too crowded. Cocktails at the bar were delicious and decently priced. The hotel is right on the beach, so its a short walk to more bars and cafes and Kamala town. On some days there is a market within walking distance from the hotel where you can buy delicious street food, cheap cocktails and any kind of trinkets or clothing you might think of. We will definitely return to Sunprime Kamala Beach.

I liked this resort. It was very quiet and had absolute beachfront access. 4 swimming pools and 2 restaurants it was relaxed and easy with good facilities.

We loved our stay in the hotel, two places to have breakfast meaning it was never crowded staff was super nice. The room was clean and nice view of the pool, since it was adults only it was very quite no screaming kids in the pool. Location was amazing right on the beach front and right next to the little town.
