The keys didn't work for one of our rooms. House keeping knocked on our door at 7 am asking if we were checking out and asked additional times while we were going to breakfast. We emptied one room so they could clean it. Then we had one of our party stay with our things in another room, so we could go to breakfast. They were very passionate about cleaning the rooms in a timely manner.

Key card didn't work without messing with it for a few minutes, needs some sprucing up.... ceiling has peeling paint from water damage. Ground floor rooms were not w/c accessible to the front desk without going outside and around.

The room was very nice, the air conditioner/heater was really loud when it turned on and I arrived early so it took me a while to realize it was the unit making all that noise. I thought it was a business next store. Eventually you get use to the noise and i was able to sleep. Hard to hear the TV when it was on. It cycled so was not on all the time.

The bathroom was very small and had no ventilation system. In my bathroom, the vent cover was coming off and just hanging. Although the room was clean, it seemed to need attention to the things there such as chipped paint, curtains not fully attached, etc.

The location was excellent. The size of the room was good. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot was very helpful. The room seemed very clean.

The staff all seemed like we were a burden any time we asked for anything. TV remote was missing from our room, when they brought us one, we had to program it ourselves and then it still wouldn't turn the tv on or off and wouldn't adjust the volume, just changed channels.

Breakfast was good. Location is good as there is an awesome steak house right next door. There was plenty of parking even thought there were no vacancies when we were there.

Very large room in. One thing needed floors needed to be mopped. And frames of doors and windows were dirty.

The room was large enough, but the floor needed to be mopped it looked dirty and had to put shoes. on. It was nice not to feel confined .

They were very short staffed and the rooms and other areas around the hotel were not clean. But you get what you pay for.

The price was afforable. We only needed room for one night. Do not recommend if you need an extended stay. But the front desk staff were great and had no issue with us staying over check out.

Could be touched up with fresh paint. Light bulb over bed was out. Shower curtain needs to be changed.

While the shower was big, there was very little shelf space to hold shampoo or soap bottles. The ceramic bathroom floor was very slippery once it got wet. Finally, our room was next to the exit door which banged loudly every time someone went through (apparently there was a magnetic latch on it, and it had a very strong grab to it).

We had a “accessible king” room which was huge with very tall ceilings. Nice wood plank flooring but very little sound-absorbing materials in the room, so it almost seemed like an auditorium. Everything looked clean. Plenty of counter & desk space for suitcases & bags. Large walk-in shower with about a 2” lip to step over & plenty of grab bars. A shower chair was also available next to the shower. We did not stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.

Better directions from clerk upon checking in. On return to the desk to report code did not unlock the door, a senior manager showed aap to our building which the initial clerk (probably a trainee) did not present the map . There was not a second blanket in the room...we used a.blanket from our car. Wall repairs room and bath were repaired but unfinished.

Bathroom vent needs to be cleaned...see pic. TV very small for these days and room size. Be nice to have a small freezer in fridge.

Comfortable king bed and pillows. Needed an extra blanket in room. Easy room and motel access. Limited but ok breakfast
