New ZealandThe receptionist when I arrived was very welcoming & warm. She was absolutely lovely & put a smile on my face after a long day. The cleaners were absol lovely too! I kept the do not disturb sign on our door as we were doing our washing & just washed the towels we used instead of getting new ones but she caught us leaving one day & said we should just let her replace the towels since we're on holiday. Got back to not just fresh towels but she cleaned up after us, out the dishes in the dishwasher & made our beds. Absolutely loved our experience there.

The gym was very well equipped and the staff were lovely. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. The water and ice machine in the hall was a nice touch.
