Nice atmosphere, amazing location, very friendly staff. The room was super comfy, also loved the outdoors bathtub. Breakfast was delicious and staff were flexible about time. We absolutely loved the time spent in this hotel.

Firstly, breakfast was great with a good quality of coffee & tea as well as fresh fruits punch and yogurt. Each room was clean and neat with a good quality of toilet & bathroom. The owners are very friendly and kind so that we could have enjoyable stay at the place.

Where to begin, the house, the people, the location, the food, all of it was absolutely perfect. You simply feel there like at home, the staff (for whom clearly this is more than just a job) made our stay exeptional. It is the little things that makes this place special like when we arrived we got a very nice tour of the house (showing us the bar and beautiful library) instead of the usual check-in where you look for passports, then they changed our room from garden view to sea view because it is nicer, and gave us some dinner recomendations. Also, they totally saved us when I got food poisoning from local fish stand, they let us stay until I could travel and took great care of us. If you are looking for a place in Highlands, look no more!

We chose the Oyster Inn for several reasons. In house restaurant, on-site parking, in room bath and in house pub. It was close to Oban yet far enough away to avoid traffic noises in the room.

Overlooking Loch Etive, the Falls of Lora Hotel is a 19th century property with an a la carte restaurant, there is free WiFi access available throughout , a bar and free on-site parking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Falls of Lora, and it was an experience to remember! The hotel itself is beautiful, nestled in a stunning location that offers breathtaking views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service, particularly from the owner, Michael. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We needed a ride into town, and Michael graciously offered to help. Not only did he arrange a ride for us, but he also went the extra mile by speaking with the bus driver to ensure there was room for us, despite the uncertainty. He even waited with us until we were safely on board. This level of care and dedication is rare, and it made our stay at the Falls of Lora truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay, coupled with outstanding service. Thank you, Michael, for making our trip so enjoyable!

A grand old building with high ceilings, tastefully decorated. Super comfy and quiet room ( the sqeaky floor just added to it's charm), and huge, bright bathroom. A robe and slippers even included!
