They upgraded our room free of charge at checkin which was a lovely suprise. Lovely man called wellerson/wellerton! We availed of the courtesy car and the driver from utah was amazing! Such good fun. Room was beautiful. Bar staff (from rio de jinero) lovely nice young man! Amazing experience already recommended to family and friends. We went for our first anniversary and the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade room as a good gesture. Breakfast was delicious and so healthy.
