Michelle was wonderful, she was so lovely and nice! The bed were so comfortable and the room is big. Breakfast and cooks are wonderful!

Overall experience was amazing. We did stay there on an exceptional time when it was snowing. What a beautiful experience. Staff were amazing. Dinner and breakfast in asheford lodge was absolutely amazing. Afternoon tea in asheford Castle and the cruise was also one to remember. Amazing!
