Margaret and Jim make us feel as at home. The place was very quiet and views were really nice. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was prepared with detail. Margaret and Jim are a lovely and they take care that everything was good for us.

Roy was so warm & welcoming. The room was so cosy, warm & comfortable, with a real homely feeling. I love Rosscarbery and being so close to the beach. Also close to shops & restaurants. This whole place had a homely & welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was freshly cooked and superb. Fresh fruit, cereals & yogurt also available. Enjoyed the lovely placemats on the dining table with a different love story on each one!

Roy’s warm welcome & warm hospitality throughout felt genuine & heartwarming. The room was clean, cosy & homely. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, freshly cooked, warm & tasty, containing quality food. The best bacon I’ve ever tasted, lean & thick-cut. Lovely atmosphere throughout this B&B & in the area. Close to the beach, shops & restaurants. A very pleasant stay😊

Lovely hotel with beautiful lobby area with plenty of seating for drinks and relaxing. Very professional, friendly staff. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice room and bathroom

Staff super nice. Lots of lovely comfortable spaces to sit and relax. Lovely village within walking distance. Warren beach 5 mins by car. Also various towns of interest within easy driving.

Spotlessly clean set in a beautiful area..the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.. The hosts were so lovely and very helpful..there is a beautiful beach walk adjacent to this property so its ideal for a romantic break away!! We will definitely be staying here again its like a home from home...thanks so much for making us feel so welcome in your home. X
