We got the spectacular mountain view room so we could clearly see the glacier outlets. Great location for chasing the northern lights because the surroundings are farms with not much light. The food is nice. We had the signature local langoustine soup and vanilla ice cream for dinner and they were splendid. Rankes among my most favourite dishes in Iceland so far. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Had a family room - Very nice size and very clean - Like the duplex approach with the extra beds up a small flight of stairs. Super stable wifi connection and a solid continental breakfast. A nice surprise in remote Hofn.

Bed was comfortable and view from windows was fantastic. It was very peaciful. A boy(with long hair) on reception was very polite and he gave us good informstion. Also,he help us with suitcase.
