Amazing hospitality. They allowed us to stay hours before the check in due to the bad weather conditions. Then when leaving our car was stuck in the snow and they helped us to move it. Amazing breakfast and dinner food quality, all homemade.

Everything was just great, the food, the staff, the rooms,…!!! The cows were so cute and you’re always allowed to cuddle them. Our stay there was just perfect and the location around myvatn is fantastic!

Very nice little cabins, spacious and cosy with everything you need inside. Hot tub was nice with the fairy lights, nice quiet area. Shower and wifi good, kitchen good, comfy bed. Easy no contact check in. Plenty of hooks which I appreciate. Had a great sleep.

Cozy room with everything one might need. The owner encouraged us to use the natural hot spring next door which was simply AMAZING. We sat there for and hour under the stars sipping amaretto and watching the snow covered hills. Truly magical.

    Guesthaousw Stöng is located in the Lake Mývatn area, off the beaten track in a very peaceful location but easy to find. Our room was comfortable and there were two hot tubs available to guests around the clock, with changing and shower facilities. The breakfast was amazing! Lovely homemade bread and the staff was super friendly. We only stayed one night as we are on a driving holiday but would definitely have stayed longer.

    We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely location, unpaved road to get there. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of homemade things, we loved it.

    Good location for touring the Lake Myvatn area. Very efficient service. Lovely breakfast with produce from the farm available. Evening meals served but unfortunately we didn't sample these. On a working farm in the country. KO
