We had a truly lovely stay! The location is absolutely beautiful — so close to the lake and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied, a real highlight of our mornings. A very special thank you to Irina, the wonderful staff member at breakfast, who was so kind and friendly. She gave us great tips and recommendations about the lake and the surrounding area, which made our experience even better. We’re truly grateful to her — and we hope to come back one day and see her again!

Excelent location, great staff (lady Maria from dining room is the best !!!) and very clean facility. Spa area exceeded our expectations, ski depo is easiliy accesible and very well organised as well as gym. Food was correct, tasty and in line with hotel rating and price policy (that's why I stress out one more time - great value for money)

It was amazing. We almost risked of not going for some family problem, but im glad we still went atleast to relax for a day. The staff are all very warm and hospitable, always have a smile on their faces. The room is beautiful and spacious.

Host was so helpful and welcoming. Provided us with coupons to get into the museum for free (45ero savings) Gave us directions for free parking. Helped us booked our next hotel in Salo. Couldn’t ask for a better host! Location was perfect, right in the middle of shops and restaurants!

Stunning property, everything is newly refurbished and has wonderful style and flair while maintaining that lovely ski lodge feeling. Absolutely loved the spa and pool facilities! Having both indoor/outdoor pools was great!

Super friendly staff, got the last room of the hall because I brought dogs to keep everything as quiet as possible. Very nice bed in a spacious rooms and views to die for. Breakfast buffet is exceptional!!
