The pool was refreshing and the sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. The room was spacious and comfy. The staff were really helpful and if one person didn't know an answer, they would seek help from a colleague, and their advice was spot on! Lots of counterspace for makeup and toiletries. Water pressure was good and easy to use. Bed and pillows was comfy.We got connecting rooms which was great. Breakfast spread was scrumptious. Second,I left a message during booking that we are celebrating our anniversary but no simple surprise from the hotel.. Third, jacuzzi for women is so dirty with water but cannot use so dissapointing..Forth, no bath tub in our rooms and lastly the staff outside the hotel not so helpful when we ask for a seafood place as we are not local in that place..Guest review byMoonz1214Young couple
