It’s the perfect hotel to come back to after a trekking. The staff made us feel very welcome and looked great after us. After another trek they made our return feel like coming home! :) The lady at travel desk was genuinely helpful with sorting out the next steps of our travel. The room had a view that one could only dream of. It’s such a peaceful place - the lodge was perched high up on the hills and really close to the Sarangkot viewpoint where one can see the Machhapuchhare peak. I was very well-fed by Suraksha and her family who prepared wonderful meals for me. There are also many locals who live there who are really such good fun to chat with that as a solo traveler I never felt lonely there. Most importantly, I was really glad to have a clean and comfortable room + bathroom and just chill at the balcony outside the room. On a cloudy day one can have a “unkai” experience - sea of clouds over the hills. It’s just really relaxing to see the fast-moving clouds and ever changing mountain landscape.
