This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very well situated close to centre but not in the noisy area. It had a historical quaintness and charm about it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They were available 24 hrs and there to help with early starts . They spoke good English and were always happy. The rooms and general area were kept spotlessly clean with coca tea and coffee available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast was served from early and delicious with lots of fresh variety. There was help available to organize tours and taxis as necessary. Over all I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. The bed was super extra-large, literally over 2 meters wide. The exceptional breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure guests felt comfortable. We thank them for this wonderful stay

Nice clean rooms. Exceptional staff - were willing to help with everything and kept our suitcases as well for a day when we went to Machu Pichu. Location is also well placed - 10 mins walk from city centre and both the train stations.

Very cute and cozy hotel. White and blue with a touch of color, make the rooms very Peruvian. All the employees are absolutely wonderful - especially the guys at the reception. The kitchen staff makes you scramble or fried eggs at the moment for breakfast! The position is perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved EVERYTHING! The hosts were absolutely great, the most welcoming hosts ever and couldn’t have done more to help us during our stay and we even got given a little gift from them as we left. Kept out bags when we went to Macchu picchu for a few days which was very kind. We had a fantastic breakfast each morning and the mornings when we were out early on day trips they provided a pack up breakfast which we were definitely not expecting. The room was far larger than we expected and the location was also amazing, just off san pedro market. We felt very safe and at home here, a real home away from home, would recommend to everyone
