Spacious room & great view, helpful desk clerks most of the time. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful historic decor in public spaces. Complimentary rakija was a nice touch. Three excellent restaurants on the property to choose from.

In my opinion, the best hotel in the city center, just at the old town, very clean, modern, with a comfortable bed and great breakfast, nice personnel. From all the hotels that I have stayed at in Novi Sad, this is the best - even though all of them were great. Next time I’m very sure I will stay here again.
