Location was right by a mall and had plenty of meal options. My room location was fantastic with an amazing view of the NY skyline and WTC. Staff was friendly too.

The team went above and beyond and helped us quickly change rooms on the second night due to an issue on that floor and moved us to an even better room. The team are super helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond throughout the stay. The gym is massive and great for serious training. The apartments are very spacious and great value for money in manhattan.

They really used the floor space very efficiently. We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.

Everything was excellent. The location is amazing right in the center near of a lot of attractions and we can walk everywhere. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was big and the bathroom was big with a lovely power shower. The location is excellent, just down the road from the public library and Grand Central Station, which are tourist destinations in their own right.
