This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi.

The delicious breakfast buffet consists of mostly local produce as well as homemade jams. In the evenings, guests can relax on the terrace with a good Saxon beer or wine. Beautiful location. Clean room. Very lovely breakfast with homemade specialty jams etc. that even included vegan options (when requested). Staff was very kind and helpful. Contactless check-in when you come outside of check-in hours. A perfect place to rest up and enjoy nature. Parking was available and pets were allowed. Even though we didn't bring any we love meeting others' pets on holidays.

Everything works 100! Check in went smoothly and they arranged a taxi for us for early Sunday morning to the station. Near to tourist attractions but a bit too far for us to walk to the station. Taxi worked fine though. We enjoyed our stay and will repeat.

Private parking available at the hotel with charges The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning was brilliant. The lounge area downstairs by reception was really lovely, with free tea and coffee available all day. The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The location was extremely handy, just a 10 minute walk from the market place. We'd never stayed in an apartment hotel before, and really liked the concept, the best of both worlds. Your own apartment, but staff always on hand, and cleaning done twice a week.
