View from the hotel (front side) is beautiful. This location is great for exploring the north part of Iceland, around Myvatn lake and part of east part of the island.

Really liked the touch of putting your name on a list on check-in to have a wake up call when the northern lights were active. Amazing views of the northern lights and very good value for money. Our room was upgraded which was really nice, huge, very clean and comfortable. We wished if we would have booked more than 1 night! The breakfast was really good with many options and you could also see their cows directly from the restaurant area.. Don't miss to pet the calves, they are very cute! 🐮

We stayed at a wonderful place with stunning views — right through the window we could watch beautiful Icelandic horses and a small waterfall just around the corner. In the evening, we relaxed in the hot tub under the open sky, which was an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. A special highlight was the evening visit to the horses and the morning horseback riding tour through the surrounding terrain — a truly unique and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of Icelandic magic!
