The location is perfect — surrounded by supermarkets, metro and tram stations, and just a short distance from the city center. overall, everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best places I've ever stayed in Europe. From the moment we walked in, the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It's only a very short walk from the ferry, and one of the only hotels that is NOT uphill. It's furnished beautifully and feels luxurious, both the room and common spaces. The room was gorgeous, with large French windows that opened over the cobblestone streets near the lake. We didn't eat the free breakfast, but it looked spectacular, with croissants and waffles, eggs, coffee, fruit and more...Definitely enough to hold you through dinner! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxurious and romantic taste of Bellagio

Villa del Cigno is a 20-minute walk from the lakeside promenade along Lake Como. Bergamo is 28 km away, while Milan can be reached in around 1 hour by train. The property was gorgeous and well kept and just a short walk to the city center. Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Very clean, modern, new and well organized. I was traveling alone and feel myself save at the area and appartment as well. I was leaving the town after 9.00 pm, and I left my baggage at the reception, came back two hours before I left and stay in the comfy living room.
