The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

Everything and everywhere is spotlessly clean and maintained to very high standard. The room and bathroom were very well equipped and the shower was beautiful and warm. There is a lovely lounge room and outdoor area to share with the other guest (4 rooms in total). The owners are very friendly and even made us breakfast at 6:15 so we could catch an early train. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the train station so you don’t need transport.

Romeni welcomed us with a cup of tea, some biscuits and bananas and prepared us a wonderful traditional dinner in their kitchen. The father of Romeni brought us to a 5-hour hiking on the mountains and all along the valleys through the tea plantations, which has been honestly the highlight of our trip to Nuwara Eliya. He is so passionate about nature and wildlife... It has been a pleasure to spend some time with him. All the family is genuinely super kind and helpful. We will come back for sure in the future and we will cherish these memories forever.
