Featuring a garden and views of river, Ethno village & resort Ćorić is located in Mojkovac, 50 km from Durdevica Tara Bridge. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The country house provides lake views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. I can’t recommend this place more highly. The cabins are super cosy, clean and comfortable. I’ve been travelling for months and these were the comfiest beds I’ve slept in by far. The property is quiet, calm and beautiful, with an incredible view of the valleys and village below. It’s a short distance to Biogradska National Park, and there are other incredible hikes you can reach by foot from the cabins. For an extra €10 for dinner, and €8 for breakfast you can have home cooked meals delivered to your cabin. You must! The food is delicious with local and homemade products and exactly what you need to refuel after a day of hiking. Dragana and her husband are some of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. We were travelling without a car and they were generous enough to pick us up from the bus station, take us to the cabin, and then drive us to the National Park the next day. They were super helpful when I pestered them with many questions about where to hike, etc. If you’re visiting Biogradska NP, or you just want a quiet retreat, you must stay at Ćorić Eco Village!

Set at the foot of Sinjajevina Mountain, Hotel & Resort Gacka offers a wellness centre with an indoor pool. Activities include rafting in River Tara, paragliding, horseback riding, as well as hiking, biking and fishing. Free WiFi is provided. The view and nature are spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. They accommodated us in every way possible. The food at the restaurant is excellent - highly recommended mushroom mix , and homemade berry smoothie is terrific. My kids loved every minute, and we will definitely be coming back!
