Features include colourful accommodations and a tour desk with a selection of regional excursions. It is located on a pedestrian street with stairs leading to the property. My booking was transferred to Amaru Colonial hotel for the same price (including breakfast) due to temporarily lack of tourists due to political crisis in Peru. Both hotels are close to city center. Situation in Peru now is close to normal and all tourist services (including visiting of Machu Pichu) are operating with small tourist groups.

The staff are super friendly, special thanks to the restaurant staff Seyda, Alexander and Marcelo, who made the stay very memorable.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe—the hotel has a calm atmosphere and secure entry, and the area is peaceful yet close to key attractions like Qorikancha and Cusco’s main square.

The hotel has a garden and provides a sun terrace. Nice clean rooms. Exceptional staff - were willing to help with everything and kept our suitcases as well for a day when we went to Machu Pichu. Location is also well placed - 10 mins walk from city centre and both the train stations.
