The staff is great! The location is really pretty and well located on the west side of Tokyo. It’s really close to a JR and a metro station, there are many restaurants close by. It’s a family run business and they are amazing people. The rooms are very neatly kept - we stayed in both: private bathroom 1 night, shared bathroom 2 nights. I prefer private (but I guess this will be everyone LOL). The shared toilets, showers and washrooms are super clean and well kept

Really liked this small hotel with traditional rooms. It is very clean, futon was more comfortable than I expected (had a previous experience with not very good ones). Excellent location, transport is perfect. Staff was really polite, enjoyed talking with them. Felt more like an apartment, than just a room. Next time in Tokyo, I will stay here again if there is availability.

The hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very accommodating and so sweet. It’s situated in a quiet part of Tokyo which was much needed after a long flight and busy days. Great access to so many great food places and so much to see! Short walk (20ish minutes) from Tokyo station so close to so many things to do! The picture is a view from the balcony

The staff was welcoming and eager to help. We shipped our luggages a day after our arrival and they even brought the heavy bags to our room in our absence. The ryokan is very well located, near the temple and the small shops. It gets very quiet at night even though it is a very busy area during the day. The room is small but well put together. Minimal decoration, traditional with tatami and comfortable futons. We were also provided with lovely snacks and tea as a welcoming package. The onsen is very intimate and private, with a view of either the temple nearby or the Skytree. We would definitely come back to this lovely ryokan when we will return to Japan!
