The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided detailed explanations regarding the room, the services, and the area. The room was spacious and suitable for my needs. The hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very accommodating and so sweet. It’s situated in a quiet part of Tokyo which was much needed after a long flight and busy days. Great access to so many great food places and so much to see! Short walk (20ish minutes) from Tokyo station so close to so many things to do! The picture is a view from the balcony

The location was great, with several tube stations nearby. The property was really nice, the room is spacious and comes with mini fridge inside the room. They give you tooth brush when checking in (in case you forgot yours) and they have hairdryers for after the shower. It was nice to see that male and female showers are separate - and same for the toilets.

Really lovely and convenient ryokan located in the heart of Asakusa. The room was very comfy and quiet which we appreciated after a long day exploring Tokyo. The best part was definitely the bath on the 6th floor - it was sooo nice. Highly recommend this place.
