The rooms have tatami mats and futons and the onsen is beautiful. It's like staying in someone's home! This is not a super-swish modern hotel, so if that's what you want go elsewhere, but if you want a place with real character, staffed by people who treat you as long-lost friends, then this is the place for you. The JR station is 10 min bus far away. The staff was very kind and warm as a real example of Japanese hospitality. This stay offers also several services like bike rental and onsen free tickets.
