Top notch facilities and service, staff go out of the way to make the stay pleasant. Very nice view of mountain from my room and also the public onsen. Very nice stay. The food selection and quality of the food was amazing. The employees all very helpful and attentive and friendly. They came with the shuttle bus and picked us up at the bus stop. Great.
