It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil building, polite staff, excellent food and extras like drinks and snacks during the day. It is very relaxing and quiet inside and you can soak in the outside and inside bath as much as you want (private and public). Thank you again for the spontaneous pick up from the bus station when it started pouring. Can recommend at least 2 nights including dinner and breakfast and take your time to get out of the busy cities.

We arrived right at the check in time to make use of the onsen as much as possible. The location is amazing and i would definitely recommend the dinner and breakfast. The staff was amazing.
