They helped to take photos for me & arranged my baggage to the train station. Overall, a perfect service for the guests.

Bathrooms are shared, but each room has a private toilet. First of all, the room is really good, like no joke. The bamboo outdoor bathtub is amazing, I was so excited when I saw it! The photo does not show how good it is, highly recommended to check it out in person. The moment you walk in the hotel, it feels like you're back home to relieve all your tension, the traditional layout of the room makes me feel super comfy. Every corner is clean, they do care about the details. They make your bed when you're eating dinner or walking around in Arimaonsen areas. Smooth transition into sleeping mode. The TV has smart features so you can watch YouTube or connect your device to play something. The public onsen is great, definitely worth trying it out at night. It wasn't really crowded and the environment is better than the ones on the street.

Yuka’s place is cute, cozy, and comfortable - perfect spot for visiting Kinosaki onsen. She has towels, yukatas, and bikes you can rent to go onsen hopping, and she can pick up/drop off at the train station. The bike ride is beautiful along the river and takes about 15min (or you can take bus/ride). Overall a fantastic stay!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 43 km from Miki History Museum. Guests can use the hot tub and the public bath, or enjoy mountain views. Outstanding service, all staff were amazing! The room was stunning, offering everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend spending the extra for a room with private onsen - it was heavenly.

They were even so nice as to still give us a room tour at that late of an hour, and offered to also fetch us to the train station seeing that we were running close to our train boarding time! The place is immaculate, clean and comfortable! I wish we could've stayed more days. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to stay while in Asago! 100/100!!

The 4-star ryokan has garden views and is 4.2 km from Seto Shrine. The ryokan offers a hot spring bath and a housekeeping service. Everything was perfect! Most of the staff speaks English and is very helpful and kind. The surrounding is beautiful and feels like a movie. The private spa is amazing and we had a great stay. Can't wait to be back to Japan soon :)

Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Dinner and breakfast are excellence. Staffs at front and dining room are very professional and great service mind.
