The staff is very helpful and the room is equipped in all necessary things including green tea and local sweets to try. The Onsen was magical and the rules were clear for first timers. Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Staff was really kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean with traditional tables and beds. We really loved the two private onsens. Totally recommended!

Free Wi-Fi access is available at the entire property. Amazing hospitality in a wonderful establishment. The staff does everything they can to make the stay unique, memorable, luxurious and comfortable. The public bath is nice and relaxing. The dinner and breakfast is unlike anything I would typically experience as a westerner. Kyoto can be very intense sometimes, and this establishment provided us with an escape when needed.

Some units in the ryokan have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and tatami. Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the ryokan also provide guests with a seating area. It was a very welcoming environment. The staff was amazing and food was delicious. Our room was perfect. Relaxing environment.
