Absolutely beautiful dunes, water, mountain, views everywhere. Food at local restaurants great and reasonable prices. Getting around by bus to other towns is easy. The clientele was not exacatly what we expected, that is all I shall say.

Nice touristic town, with many options regarding hospitality, restaurants etc. the dunes was the highlight of the area, followed by the beach. The area is clean, full of palm trees, spacious roads, ideal for walks and runs. The sea is often windy/wavy and bit chilly so it might not be ideal for young kinds.

Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming.
Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming. Varied landscape of the shores while if you turn around you can be amazed by the great mountains. There is a special natural reserve at the south of Maspalomas, the Dunes, where you can feel if you would be in the driest desert really. At the Dunes although naked people appeared all the time coming out of the bushes, which makes that area not really safe for kids.

The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly.
The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly. The Unique Club experience was worth it. The breakfast was excellent. The half-board evening buffet was superb and not crowded in February. The evening entertainment was generally of a high standard.
The only negative aspects are included to provide a fair feedback.
The communication with the resort via Booking.com was difficult and uncertain so I had to telephone hotel twice to confirm requests had been arranged (eg taxi transfer). This may have been Booking.com process at fault rather than hotel.
The À la carte experience in La Toscana was rushed and overly efficient as pre dinner cocktails arrived with mains. Not worth the expense over the included half-board buffet.
There was no obvious information about any of the facilities or excursions made available to me throughout my stay. There was no mention of the restaurant options and cuisine available for each - I had to go to each to investigate. The casino was never mentioned and not sign-posted.
I realised there was an App I could have downloaded as I was leaving.
But I would definitely go back to the hotel as It was greta in every other way.

Location is key when deciding on a hotel or apartment so you can easily access shops and services especially if you don't have an all inclusive holiday. Also, if you don't have a free shuttle service, you can take the bus but the timetable seems erratic. A taxi 1 way about 45-50 euros.
Amazing location, right on the beach! The property has a small courtyard with grass which opens to the beach. The views are amazing! Walking distance to the supermarket (3-4 mins away) and shopping center. The property is very well equipped (dishwasher, laundry machine, great kitchen, boardgames, a confortable living room, 3 bathrooms).
Quiet and large beach, never crowded.
We loved the super easy access to the walking path along the sea line which takes you all the way to the Dunes of Maspalomas.
Peaceful, clean, friendly, lovely spa facilities, accessible. I really enjoyed my hot stone massage it was extremely relaxing. There was a shuttle to the beach, taxi costs about €4.70. Yoga was free, on 3 times a week, you just had to register. Bar made excellent club sandwich on gluten free bread for me and the tuna poke was delicious. We didn't eat dinner there but the Grand Italia on the beach front does gf pasta with very good food and service.
We loved our stay in Flora B&B, the host was super helpful, fun and informative. Breakfast was always on time and the host tried to give us different options as we stayed there for a week. The room is perfect for group of friends, couple or a family. Maspalomas beach is 5-6mins drive but we mostly enjoyed walking to it. We had a pool and terrace to hang out if we were tired of the beach.
Everything was excellent. It's exactly like the photos. New, clean and very well equipped apartment . It has washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, iron, owen, microwave etc, in one word it has everything. The location is good. 5 min by car to the beach. Supermarket , restaurants and a shopping center nearby. Last but not least the owners are great people.
This hotel is very good for families. Also the all inclusive food and drinks are of good quality. The entertainment is a big plus, with different shows every evening. Also the children have a Kids Club and Mini Disco.
The pools are climatized and have 26-27 Celsius degrees wich is really good for swimming.
The staff is very helpfull. Many thanks to Rinaldo and the team
I stayed at Hotel Faro for 4 nights as a solo traveler and I loved everything about this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - directly by the ocean and the dunes, and super close to the bus stop, the overall design of the hotel is incredibly chic but my hotel room still felt very comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you!!
The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and responsive. We liked the saunas, the massage, the pools (heated, but maybe not up to the advertised degrees). Spacious room. A nice gesture from the hotel was the bottle of cava they brought me on my birthday. Most of the evening shows were nice. The paella and sangria demonstration was cool.
A clean apartment with a kitchenette, I could see the beach it was so close. We went to the beach frequently. There are a bunch of restaurants at both ends of the street. I liked the ones on the beachfront, good selection of restaurants and food. Shopping center is nearby and lots of groceterias. Its in my budget and I would stay here again
Great 2 star property, clean and well equipped pool area as so as apartments itself. Really clean, beats higher rated hotels I have stayed in Canaries.
Drinks pretty standard for all inclusive, I can’t fault it!
Food also - good for 2 star, please don’t expect gourmet food. Overall good value for money.
A nice hotel, well situated with great views of the beach from the roof terrace. Nice pools and a decent size room. The all inclusive buffet was great and the variety of menu choices was good too. The Spa was lovely and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
it was what we wanted relaxsation weather good enough to hire a sun bed on the beach 2sunbeds and a brolly €7.50 a day bargain and able to walk about in the day time in shorts and tee shirt and it was february
Friendly staff that took great care in fixing the rooms out of ordinary times! Rather simple hotell, but on he other hand doesn't pretend to be anything else.
a very modern hotel with a great location. beautiful pool with access to the beach. nearby there are plenty of shops and restaurants if that’s not your thing.
