Went to Augusta for the Womens Amatuer Tournament at Augusta National. The location of the hotel was ideal and was within walking distance of the course. We ventured into Broad Street was was run down, looked unsafe and poor. Was told by locals that the area was going through a transition and new businesses were opening up improving the area. I hope this continues. Was also told there were nicer areas in Augusta to visit however we didn't get the opportunity to seek these out.

Lovely stay. Will definitely come back here. Great value and service. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They worked with me and my situation. Location-wise, the motel is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Right off the highway, central location to good food, shopping, grocery, etc.

    The area is nice.

The area is nice. Liked the different choices of restaurants. People seemed friendly. Didn't like the gas prices, normally it's cheaper there than back in Decatur, not this time. Still would have made the trip. Loved eating at the Outback resturant. If your there for a single purpose traveling in the area seemed easy enough. If you like roller skating or bowling enjoy.

The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos.

The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos. It seems to be in the process of major renovations., Which I understand. But there is no excuse for renting rooms which are barely habitable. If there had been any other option open to us, we would have left on seeing the rooms. But it is master's week in Augusta, so we had no other option but to stay. We will NEVER stay at another Motel 6 again.

Our family traveled from Ohio and Pennsylvania to stay here. We were in Augusta for the most tragic of reasons. To mourn and also celebrate the life of someone taken from this earth way too soon. We are a large family and your staff went above and beyond. Allowing us to basically take over the beautiful pool area for 3 nights. We had a place to come together to eat, cry, laugh and cry some more. As we tried to process a profound loss. God bless the staff of this hotel. We are so grateful.

This was my first stay at one of the Hyatt House hotels, which is their equivalent of extended stay lodging that includes a living room, dining table, and small kitchenette. Unlike many other extended stay hotels, the room was fashionably designed and laid out in almost a loft style (though smaller). The size of the bed, the dining table, and the well-appointed bathroom were big pluses. There weren't many people in it because of the heat, but the attractive roof bar also looked great.
