Silence is the first thing which comes to mind. Spaciousness- this Economy Apartment is suitable for Personal Trainings if you are a fitness,wellness coach or and a psychologist. If you arrive in Sofia, please define beforehand if you will mainly travel for work or for leisure because Sofia has drastically increased supply of GoingOut options ie here are all the places for going out around Vitosha Boulevard which you could and should enjoy if possible: Coffee Lab Costa Coffee across Social Cafe and Wok2Walk Burger The Butcher Gladston 36 Ninja Bowl Confetti when going to stay at a nearby bookstore Hungry Tram22 (off Vitosha go with Tram22). Don't forget to wonder around beautiful Art Galleries in the town center and there is also a Picasso Exhibition at the Sofia University next to Crystal Palace Hotel. But firstly go to SHAKES (see the painting in the attached photo) because it has best Taro bubbles in town. Take Perlenka at Bad Habit as well (3.8Lv)

This has been the best apartment we have stayed at in the heart of Sofia. It is recently renovated, very spacious, in a quiet neighborhood with free parking on property, free Wifi and TV in the living room with many channels (including paid ones like HBO). The bedrooms are big, the kitchen is stocked with utensils/plates/cups (big refrigerator with a freezer is a bonus) and the host had left water bottles and coffee pods for us to enjoy. There is a very big park about a minute away walking distance (with many playgrounds and great for the kids). There is a grocery store close by and many restaurants with reasonable prices. The host is very quick to respond when contacted with any requests/questions. Overall, we had a great experience at this place and highly recommend it.

Small flat very comfortable. Clean, air conditioning / heating, fridge, basic kitchenware, big closet, couch, small table for 2, big TV, proper curtains for the windows if you want to sleep until late and cozy illumination. Beds are comfy. There is shampoo, body gel and hand gel in the bathroom. They also provide sleepers, nice touch. Even though I didn't met anyone in person until checkout -I needed to leave the bag for few hours, which they kindly kept in their office just few meters away from the property-, the communication was very fluent since the booking was made. They sent me a message explaining when I would receive the instructions for self checkin, then, 2-3 days before arrival I got the instructions in how to do it with pictures and so on and since I arrived earlier than checkin time I wrote them via the Booking app and they told me they would let me know if the room was ready early, but that I could leave my luggage there on the meantime. Before arriving from the airport to the property they did let me know the flat was ready earlier, so I could proceed directly to self checkin. The next day they wrote me to see if everything was to my liking, that if I wasn't satisfied with anything they would fix it. Very Nice detail, I loved that. The neighbourhood does feel a little shady at night, as mentioned by other reviewers, BUT, I stayed few days so I got familiar with the area and I noticed it is only a matter of bad lighting. The place is not touristic or anything like that, which in the end is nice because you can have a nice rest at night, being a walking distance from Vitosha Boulevard, the heart of the city for visitors. Once I got familiar with the neighbourhood I noticed that when it gets dark you can see people with kids, women walking alone, people walking dogs and doing exercise in a park nearby; in the end it kind of has a local taste. I found outstanding places to eat, very local, cheap and away touristy businesses.
