Perfect location. Quiet place. You can chose to park in front of the building or underground parking can be used. We had good time with my family.

Great location. Although it's right in the city centre, there is no noise audible from the outside. The place is comfortable with all the amenities that one would expect for a longer term stay. Also plenty of storage which was not clear from the photos. Communication with the host was excellent and there were clear instructions on how to use the apartment.

The apartment is quite unique with its very tall windows and fantastic views. It is decorated with many antiques which are nostalgic to the Bata factory era. The kitchen is fitted out very nicely, with everything including a small dishwasher, microwave, high-end coffee machine, full sized oven and much more. The loft bedroom is a good size and overall the apartment is a very nice place to stay. The secure underground parking is very convenient too.

Great location, close to parks, the town center and to cultural amenities and museums, a great town, and a nice apartment in a historical but renewed Bata house. Everything was very clean and functional.
