The apartment was very comfortable and clean with beautiful courtyard. We were welcomed by the host Irina, who helped us by our luggage and provided us with welcome coffee. The accommodation was very good, cleanliness, sheets and towels changed every 3 days. The garden and pool look better than the pictures. Clean, well-maintained water in the pool. Very welcoming hosts and quickly resolved our requirements. I recommend!

A little paradise right on the beach of Kalyves Polygyrou – that’s the best way to describe our stay at Voutia. The location is simply unbeatable: just a few steps separate you from golden sand and the gentle sound of the sea. The moment you open the door, you can practically walk straight into the water – a feeling of freedom and lightness you won’t forget anytime soon. The apartments themselves are another highlight. Tastefully designed, modernly equipped, and yet with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything you need for daily life is there – along with those little extras that make all the difference. A true gem is the terrace. The view of the water almost reminds you of the Caribbean – turquoise, wide and endless. Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine here is an experience in itself. We spent countless hours on the terrace, often just marveling at the beauty of this place. The surroundings are just as perfect: restaurants with authentic cuisine, small grocery stores and bakeries for everyday needs are all within easy reach. If you love good food or just want to grab something spontaneously, this is the place to be. Another reason our stay felt so special were the hosts. So welcoming, helpful, and always available – you feel at home from the very first moment. There are times when you can tell that people do their work with genuine passion – and this was clearly the case here. We stayed with our little son, and he felt comfortable right away. For children it’s almost like a tiny leisure paradise – playing on the terrace, building sandcastles, or simply discovering the world by the sea. For us as parents, it was pure relaxation to see him enjoying his time so wholeheartedly. All in all, Voutia is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend – whether for families who want to spend valuable time together, or couples looking for peace, closeness to the sea, and a touch of romance.

The apartment was the best I ever rented on booking.com. Not only was everything inside brand new, the furniture was high quallty and the apartment was stocked with anything you might need, i.e. various coffee machines, great fridge and freezer, top washing machine, great oven, new barbecue, 2 bicycles for children, two beach umbrellas, more beach furniture (chairs, loungers), anti-mosquito (electrical, and for burning), air condition in every room, nice balcony, nice pergola outside, private parking.... it doesn't end. And the proprietors (Evangelina) were just great: When we came, there was cold water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, salt, pepper, vingar, sweets... there were drawers filled with light bulbs (we didn't need them) fuses, little tools etc. When I accidentally uncharged my car by leaving the ignition on overnight, Evangelina called a neighbor who jump-started me. When internet was not available for a day do to issues with the provider, Evangelina sent someone with a box of greek pastries and a G5 mobile router within the hour. To the beach we had 30m, so even the 2year old baby could walk there. The beach is great, sandy, and flat - you can Walt about 100 meters into the ocean before you need to swim. It is a very private beach, you just put up the beach gear I mentioned before and leave it there overnight - and the toys for the kids as well - all neighbors are doing it as well, and watching out for each others. Many kids on the beach - my boys made friends on the first day. In the village there is a good supermarket, some good restaurants, a GREAT Gyros place, just a few hundred meters from the apartment. 12km away is the city of Neo Mounidas, where you find fish markets, a LIDl etc. so you can make the most out of the phantastic brand new kitchen or the barbecue. It is a perfect venue for a family holiday, and I not only recommend it, I already made my reservation for next summer!

    Great location, only a few minutes from the beautiful beach and great restaurants and bars. The bed is perfect, we slept really well. The kitchen is fully equipped for quick and easy meals, which you can eat on the balcony with sea view! The bathroom is small, but it had everything we needed. Eleni was really welcoming and thoughtful, thank you again for everything!

    Beach is 1 minute walk from apartman, beach looked like private beach, almost no people. Very large garden, with 'kitchen' and BBQ. Safe parking for car infront of apartman inside estate. 'City' Psakoudia is 2minutes by car. When we arrived, owner brought for us gifts (very good home olive oil and olives). Very nice owner, helped us with everything what we needed.

    Amazing place with a wonderful location. Everything inside the house was so comfortable, cozy and clean. There is enough room for everything, kitchen with all the facilities you may need, a big balcony with sea view, a big living room, aiir conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room, big and comfy bed. Just a dream place. Can't wait to come back next year.
